Welcome to Edamame Art

This strange habit started while eating Edamame at Kabuki restaurant in Skaneateles NY in 2007 (now closed).   While eating Edamame I started neatly stacking the empty pods into the discard bowl.   Sadly I don’t have pictures from those days.

What you’ll find here are pictures of neatly stacked (or other artistic forms) used edamame pods from myself and friends.

I think it’d be great if others start neatly stacking their discarded pods and submitting pictures too.  It’s a fun way to be creative with your friends at the dinner table.
